Lily Chin designed a simple crocheted pattern in the round for the upper part of this sophisticated capelet. Midway down, she switches to working back and forth in rows to create an enticing opening. A drawstring closure keeps the capelet in place, whether you wear it loosely around the shoulders or around the hips as a beach skirt. Pattern found in Wrap Style.
